Submit Calendar Events

We invite you to submit events that are consistent with our mission statement for posting on this web site. Please submit your calendar item in the following format:

Email and phone number of a contact who can verify the event or answer questions about the event:

Day of the week

Month and date

Time

Place, include city and state if not in Rochester , MN

Title (and speaker if appropriate)

Short description

 If you have a detailed description of the event, please attach a word document or a text document of up to a page in length.   For events with multiple program items such as a teach-in, one page may not be enough, so use your judgement.   A short biography for each speaker is certainly appropriate and desirable.   We reserve the right to edit for brevity and clarity.

Your careful attention to the details above will help to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Option:: Provide a URL (web link address) to a detailed description of the event on your web site.   If the link is a “deep link” (deeper than the home page) then also provide permission to use the deep link.   If the link is to the home page, provide instructions on how to navigate to the appropriate event on your web site.
